“Disappointed.”
Poor client orientation; we have to follow up individually throughout the process rather than receiving updates. Aside from that, they gave us with pretty affordable pricing but ran into a weight volume issue, so we had to pay an additional 20 KG due to volume. They also failed to explain that we had to use their boxes, which were quite fragile, and several of our things were broken during shipment as they poorly repacked our stuff in their boxes.We eventually did not save anything.

“Worst experience ever!”
Saw anything to get the business. Was to be air freight from Dubai on direct flight. Went through UK and then long ground transport to the destination thousands of miles away. Some items broke in transit. Customer service was useless and could not track the package online till the final trip from UK. Hardly took our calls. Took close to a month whereas we were told it would take 10-15 days. They blamed their freight partner at the end. Was frustrating and would never use them ever.
