We recently moved flats in Abu Dhabi using the EASYMOVE PACKERS AND MOVERS team. The customer service was extremely helpful and communicated all updates well, the moving team was exceptional and very efficient, they moved an entire 2 bedroom flat in under 6 hours. Highly recommend!

“Not Good”
"Extremely Disappointed – Worst Moving Experience!" I regret hiring this moving company. While they did arrive before the scheduled time, they seemed completely unprepared and didn’t handle my belongings with any care. Several items were damaged when I unpacked, including a few pieces of furniture that were scratched, and a box of fragile items that wasn’t packed securely. It was incredibly frustrating to see that they didn’t bother to properly wrap or protect the fragile items at all. They seemed rushed and didn’t take the time to ensure anything was packed properly. To make matters worse, the customer service was just as bad. I will definitely not be using their services again and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want your move to go smoothly.
“Unprofessional”
Overpriced for their level of service. Quote said 4 movers and only 3 showed up and said unlimited boxes but brought around 10-15 only They used their shoes on my sofa, shoved clothes haphazardly, broke few items (they shove items in their boxes) The supervisor falsely accused me of shouting at the workers and wasn't listening to my feedback even after paying (they at least slightly reduced the quote)

“moving experience”
It was not a bad service but I would not call it the best. They arrived and packed everything on time but the driver had gone somewhere, so had to wait for a while with properties outside.
