When I called to book, I spoke to the owner and what I really appreciate was the straightforward conversation, giving me exact picture of what I can expect and not trying to convince me selling me fairy tales. The price was also very reasonable. When the team arrived, they acted very quickly, yet they knew their job. They were asking for clarification when needed, and listened to instructions given to them. It was a big 2BR apartment, and it took some time to pack everything. I was not present at the delivery point (our new home), and did not inform my wife on how to communicate with the team. There for there was a minor issue that happened as they were trying to mount the TV on the wall (not given precise instruction on where to drill the holes). Owner followed up on our satisfaction, and I have to say that it was refreshing experience considering the industry standards. Warm recommendation to anyone that plans to move soon

Executives from the supply chain management industry came together after negative personal experiences with moves for their homes and businesses. The mission, develop a service that would combine efficiency, quality, a human touch, all at a commercially feasible offering to all. This vision resulted in the establishment of Durham and Wayne Freight LLC.

Moving and relocating are events which are inevitable for most in modern times. It can be a stressful and cumbersome endeavor. The founders of D&W take those exact personal experiences in mind when they established the processes and best practices which make up the D&W services offerings. D&W combines industry best practices with the human touch to your move. The objective is subject matter expertise that takes the stress out of moving.
