The team arrived on time and immediately began packing everything for our move from a 2-bedroom duplex to a 2-bedroom apartment. They arrived on time, took great care with all our items and managed to move our entire house in only a few hours.

The carpentry and electrical work were excellent — very precise and well-executed. That said, while the team was 10 people, the actual effort felt more like 6–7. Handling food items was neither hygienic nor safe, and there were no proper clothes hangers provided like I've seen with other movers. They also attempted to leave before the job was fully completed, which left us having to unpack and sort through the remaining cartons ourselves.

They scheduled their agent to survey the apartment and provide a quote. They delivered boxes before the move-out date to pack personal items and were available via Whatsapp to answer any questions. The team of 5 arrived on time, quickly and diligently packed items with paper using strong cardboard boxes and furniture with blankets and plastic. They unpacked and placed things in the new apartment. Nothing was broken. Great friendly service at competitive prices.

They fixed 2 broken things I had, and broke plates, lost an item, took 6 water bottles without letting us know. Overall the manager really cares and some of of the staff, not all of them though. Not the best when it comes to furniture and kitchen arrangements.
